Privacy Policy

Overview
Noodle Tune is a browser-based instrument that turns drawn lines into music. This policy explains what information the app and this website handle, and the choices you have. It applies to noodletune.app and the studio at /play/.
Your creations
No account is required. Creations, pages, theme choices and app settings are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not upload your drawings to a server, and we do not receive them. A share link encodes the creation in the URL itself; anyone with that link can open the creation.
Clearing your browser's site data deletes the local creations. Export WAV or MIDI files first if you want to keep them.
Purchases and license activation
Noodle Tune Pro is sold through Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem collects the information needed to process your order, such as your email address, billing details and payment method. We do not receive or store your full card details. Creem's own privacy policy applies to the information it collects.
When you activate a license, the app sends the license key and a random identifier for that browser installation to our API, which forwards them to Creem. The license key, the Creem instance ID and your activation status are stored in your browser's local storage so the app can remember that this device is activated. Deactivating the license releases the activation slot.
Server logs and hosting
The site and API are served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it.
Cookies and analytics
Noodle Tune does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics. The site uses local storage for your language choice and the studio uses local storage for your creations and membership state.
Children
Noodle Tune is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will help remove it.
Your choices and rights
- Clear site data in your browser to remove local creations and membership state.
- Use “Deactivate this device” in the membership panel to release a license activation.
- Contact us to ask about, correct or delete information associated with a purchase.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable period.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
