Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Noodle Tune at noodletune.app. By using the app or buying Noodle Tune Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Noodle Tune is

Noodle Tune is a browser-based visual instrument. You draw on a canvas, and the app turns your lines into music. The free studio includes up to two pages, one creation, and the Studio theme.

Noodle Tune Pro

Noodle Tune Pro is a one-time purchase of USD 19. It unlocks unlimited pages and creations, every theme, and MIDI export in the web studio. The license is tied to the activation limit shown at purchase and is intended for your own use. Do not share, publish or resell license keys or use one key to bypass the activation limit.

“Lifetime” means for as long as Noodle Tune Pro is offered. It is not a promise that the service will run forever, and it does not cover features that are added later as separate products. We may change or discontinue the service, but we will not intentionally revoke a valid lifetime license while the Pro offering remains available.

Payments, taxes and receipts

Creem acts as the merchant of record for purchases. Creem handles the payment transaction, applicable sales taxes and the receipt. Prices are shown in USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges.

Refunds

Noodle Tune Pro is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] and describe the problem. Refund requests are handled through Creem and are subject to applicable law. If you live in a jurisdiction that gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase, that right is not limited by this section.

Your creations

You keep the rights you have in the drawings and music you make with Noodle Tune. We do not claim ownership of your creations. Because creations are stored in your browser and share links contain the creation data, you are responsible for deciding what you share and with whom.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Noodle Tune to break the law, interfere with the service or other users, attempt to bypass licensing or payment systems, or resell access to the service. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously violated.

Availability and warranty

Noodle Tune is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a browser update will never affect it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost creations, profits or data. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Noodle Tune Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. If a change is material, we will make it clear on this page before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
